To determine your SmartPay payments, we average your heating costs from the last two years to determine your monthly payments. Periodically Cato Gas & Oil will review your account and if your actual bills are higher or lower than estimated, we can adjust the monthly payments to align with your usage. There is no cost to enroll in SmartPay!
